Triton Infosys is committed to protecting your privacy. We will not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party without your prior approval. We may use the information we collect to periodically notify you about new services or special offers we think you'll find valuable. If you would rather not receive this information, you may send an e-mail to info@tritoninfo.com with "Unsubscribe Me" as the subject line. Triton Infosys does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.
Shipping
You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
Returns
You must call us before returning so we may issue you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). All returned merchandise must be in original factory condition and include all original packaging materials, inserts, manuals and warranty cards. If original packaging is damaged or missing there will be a minimum additional 10% fee applied since we will have to sell the item as used. If there are any indications that the product was used or damaged it is not refundable. No returns will be accepted after 30 Days.
There are no returns on DVR Cards and Computer Based Products unless the card or computer product is determined to be defective. On all DVR Card Products, you have exactly 15 days from the time that you sign for the shipped items to return the DVR product if you deem it to be unsatisfactory. In that case, we will exchange the defective card for a new card. Damage to the product resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, or modifications not authorized by Geovision will not be accepted from the above term.
Return for Credit: Receive a 100% in-store credit of the total sale price including shipping which can be used towards the purchase of any items we offer.
Replacement: We offer replacement of any defective or non operational item purchased. We will email you a shipping label to return the item. When we receive the item we will UPS a new item back to you. Please make sure you follow the packaging guidelines below.
Upgrades: If you find the item purchased is not the right item for the job. You can return it for a 100% in-store credit which you can use towards the purchase of other products we offer.
